A Model That Works

Unique for a nonprofit, we have a diversified funding model, combining private support, earned income from manufacturing contracts and government workforce initiatives to create operational stability.

PepsiCo’s partnership with Bridges began in 2010 with a small contract. Impressed by our team’s performance, they built a dedicated reclamation center to expand the collaboration. The operation now saves PepsiCo significant costs while creating meaningful jobs, proving that inclusive employment drives both innovation and business results.
